What are the transport costs for the Fietscafe?


If the Fietscafe® must be transported to a location more than 5 km away from NL 3776 Stroe, we charge some transport costs.
 
This explains how to calculate the transport costs:

(minimal transport costs are EUR 75,- / max. transport costs EUR 190,-)

1. Calculate what the distance is between the Fietscafe location and the drop off place.
2. Multiply this single distance by EUR 2,50.

3. The outcome is the total transport price,  so the way back is included.

4. If you want more than two Fietscafes, we gladly like to make you a special offer.

5. For Amsterdam we have special rates:
   - Drop off- and return address Piet Heinkade 11: EUR 175,-
   - All other addresses:  EUR 210,-

Example:

Bringing and picking up one Fietscafe® in Hilversum :
The distance from  3776mx Stroe 
to Hilversum is 40 kilometers.

40 x  EUR 2,50   =  EUR 100,-
The transport costs for Hilversum will be:  EUR 100,-
These transport costs are for bringing and picking up later at one time.
 
You do not have to pay the tranport costs twice and no more extra fees than rent/transport/drinks.

Rental price trailer

The rental price for our trailer is EUR 50,- per day, tax incl.

The driver of the pulling vehicle has to show his/her BE drivers license at arrival at our place.

The pulling vehicle has to have a net weight of at least 1500kg !
